Operating Principle of Magnetic Separator Seed

The material is fed into the feed hopper via the elevator, the T gasket within the grain tank, then is evenly distributed on the conveyor belt bulk grain.
Under the action of the conveyor belt, the material passes through two lines filter magnet and a magnetic roll (removes impurities from ferromagnetic iron to prevent such impurities come into contact with the magnetic roll causing damage to the conveyor belt) the dispersed material forms a paraboide after horizontal projectile.
Because the block of soil containing ferromagnetic substances with strong electromagnetic effect, the path of movement of the floor block will be modified.
Finally the material will be separated from soil block through the classifier spreader plate respectively within the output grain and ground block output.
